Program Coordinator/Analyst
Amentum is actively seeking a **Program Coordinator/Analyst** to provide project support and coordination under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. **This is a full-time, remote position** . As the Program Coordinator/Analyst, you will provide project support, including routine and non-routine program correspondence. You will work on documentation, presentations, briefings, financial tracking and reporting, resource management, forecasting and data entry, project analysis, and reports. You will work directly with the Iraq Project Manager and Senior Program Analyst. **Compensation** The annual starting salary rate for this position is between $75,000-$85,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. **Benefits** Amentum offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long term and short term disability insurance, 15 days of paid time off, and parental leave. **Daily duties and responsibilities:** + Provide project management support for daily operations, including managing schedules, deliverables, and tracking progress on the Iraq VMR FOTS program. + Perform data validation and implement quality control measures ensuring continued success and compliance of the Iraq VMR program. + Organize, draft, and file electronic and physical documents while maintaining archives and ensuring proper document control procedures. + Assist Project Manager in establishing and defining program requirements. + Ensure AMRO catalogue is current and compliant by working with OCONUS logistics, Project Manager, and Sr. Analyst. + Input all new material into MRO and ensure timely completion to mitigate delivery delays. + Assist with Travel Authorization approvals by coordinating with staff and government customers + Attend program syncs/meetings and take detailed summary/notes (if applicable) + Shall contribute to the identification and management of program risks. + Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and maintaining team communications, email distribution lists, calendar. **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 3 years of relevant job experience. + Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and support teams. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment. Ability to meet stringent deadlines. + Ability to effectively communicate in all forms. + Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Collaborative tools; Data management systems like Costpoint and OnPoint; travel and procurement processes, tools, and technologies (e.g. Balboa, DTS, Joint Travel Regulations, SPOT, Amentum MRO).  + Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS. + Ability to obtain a United States Passport.  + Ability to obtain a secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. + 5 years of relevant job experience. + Experience supporting government contracting, DoD, and/or NAVSEA contracts. + Experience with OCONUS government contracts. + Ability to work support core business hours that align with Eastern and Central timezones. + Experience with receiving and reviewing invoices. + Experience with report preparation, review, and submittal. + Experience with parts coordination. + Experience working with business enterprise software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc).
