PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support technical and production teams in Santa Clarita, CA. What You’ll Do

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

Support the creation, coordination, and consolidation of project activities across technical and production divisions.

Monitor schedules, identify delays, and develop countermeasures to keep projects on track.

Provide status updates to inform department managers and project leads of progress and requirements.

Track engineering schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with design, development, and production teams to gather updates and communicate priorities.

Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and project records.

Participate in team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Apply project management tools and engineering workflows to drive efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Education: BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (minimum) or equivalent experience.

Internship or co-op experience in an engineering/technical environment.

Experience managing a technical project.

Basic understanding of engineering development cycles.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferred).

Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
