A prestigious higher education institution in Boston is seeking a Temporary Program & Events Assistant to support the Office of the Vice President of Finance in a full-time, temporary role. This 3-month assignment runs from July 28 through October 31, is fully on-site at 25 Buick Street, Boston, and pays $22/hour.
Schedule:
37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement projects related to program development, publicity, and outreach.Support planning and marketing of programs and events such as orientations, career development programs, and internships.Conduct research and develop reports and marketing materials.Serve as liaison to external partners for specific programs or issues.Assist with curriculum development and the administration of program websites and social media platforms.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Advanced professional writing skills; training or change management experience a plus.Flexibility in work hours.Experience with digital media and graphic design tools preferred.Familiarity with university policies a plus.Ideal Experience:
