spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves in delivering
best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident

**About the role**
The Program Coordinator is a proactive and highly organized person that will support our leadership team. In this critical
role you will be at the heart of a global, high-impact team and will ensure seamless administrative and operational
support. You’ll coordinate complex logistics, manage multiple priorities, and facilitate high-impact meetings and events.
Your contributions will enable our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring the operational details
are flawlessly executed. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**What you’ll do**
There are three buckets of work you will be doing as our Program Coordinator:
_Administrative Support_
• Submit expense reports on behalf of the Leadership Team
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including international itineraries
• Organize and host events, ensuring booking, set up, teardown, transportation and catering logistics are handled
efficiently
• Engage 1:1 with the Leadership Team on a regular basis
_Meeting Coordination and Support_
• Schedule, organize and facilitate leadership team meetings via Teams
• Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, track action items, and distribute post-meeting updates
• Prepare materials and presentations, including PowerPoint decks for leadership meetings and all-team meetings
Global Travel and Event Logistics
• Travel with the leadership team to meetings domestically and internationally, handling all logistical details
• Arrange business dinners and team events as needed
• Coordinate transportation, venue setup, catering, and event teardown to ensure smooth execution
**_What you need to apply_**
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience as a coordinator or in a similar administrative role
supporting senior leadership. A proven track record of success in this capacity is essential.
You should bring exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
seamlessly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint—
is critical for providing top-notch administrative support.
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are key to thriving in this role. You’ll need to excel at
prioritizing tasks effectively and anticipate the needs of the leadership team to stay ahead of the curve.
This position involves limited travel (2-3 trips per year), so a passion for travel and the flexibility to accommodate domestic
and international trips are a must.
As you’ll be working closely with our leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with
professionalism is non-negotiable. We’re looking for a self-starter who can identify and address the administrative needs
of the team without constant direction.
