As a Program Coordinator, you will:
• Supports planning and coordination of Maryland Primary Care (MPDPC) Care Transformation Organization and Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) and their activities, which include but are not limited to the following duties:
• Develop relationships with physician practices and ensure seamless collaboration and partnership.
• Provide high-quality management and coordination of projects through a high level of organization, accuracy, and communication/interpersonal skills.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain the agenda and meeting minutes.
• Communicate effectively for program-related initiatives/activities; create and disseminate newsletters.
• Support Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) meetings as needed to support the Community Benefit’s team.
• Support physician practices with access to CMS portal access, CMMI, CRISP, and Adventist sFTP sites
• Ensure participation agreements are fully executed by both parties (AHC and Practice) in a timely manner.
• Disseminate the executed agreements to the team; secure copies in the shared drive, and update the master roster of practices.
• Managing the IT requisition/CMS ticket process for Maryland Primary Care (MPDPC) Care Transformation Organization and Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
• Maintain updated provider roster, directories and contact list of lead physicians and office managers, and team members
• Support the management of CME credits of educational programs as needed
• Supports Clinically Integrated Network, Maryland Primary Care (MPDPC) Care Transformation Organization, and Medicare Shared Savings Program Board meetings, and their Sub-Committees (for example: clinical, in-network care, and financial committees) by
• Scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, Preparing Minutes, managing logistics for meetings, and managing and supporting the CIN retreat
• Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for clients or project stakeholders
• Support timely filing and organization of records; prepare documents, and create reports as needed
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership by participating and contributing to special projects as directed by the department head; support growth and program development
• Assists with project management by acting as a co-champion to project implementation; coordinates, establishes, validates, and maintains data integrity
• Supports strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications include:
• Must be extremely organized
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to develop successful relationships with external and internal partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Organized and detail-oriented; display strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with diverse teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products and an ability to learn new IT tools as needed to fulfill administrative functions
• Excellent customer service is a must
• An associate's degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1- 2 years of experience in healthcare is preferred
• Proven proactive, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to solve issues.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Licensed driver and able to operate a motor vehicle as well as maintain automobile insurance

Pay Range:
$23.25 - $32.55If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
