KEY DUTIES\nAND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain project\n cost and schedule tools used by project managers to accurately measure,\n forecast and track project-related work.Participate in\n project planning processes, defining scopes, establishing WBS &\n budgets on assigned projects.Work closely with\n project management, contract management, engineering and construction\n personnel to define execution strategy, scheduling criteria, progress\n measurement, and invoicing requirements.Assist, and\n sometimes take lead, in producing and maintaining project schedules and\n associated deliverables and progress S curves.Ensure the\n accuracy of earned value data and process compliance on assigned project\n portfolio.Work with Project\n Managers to produce accurate cost estimates for change orders and\n maintains the change log.Works with\n Business Management (Program Managers, Directors, and Finance management)\n to report both project and program forecasts.Initiate accurate\n and timely project invoicing to associated customers.Manage the\n unbilled, receivable and payable balances on assigned projects.Contribute and\n oversee coordination of monthly project status reports to customers.Participates in\n project monthly reviews.Work is usually\n office based but depending on individual project requirements the position\n may require occasional travel to and / or work in client facilities or\n remote construction locations.EDUCATION\nAND EXPERIENCE
Basic\n QualificationsBachelors’ degree\n requiredThree to seven\n years applicable project management/controls experience.Preferred\nQualifications
Bachelors’ Degree\n in engineering, business or project management preferred.Hands on\n experience with enterprise wide cost accounting system, SAP preferred.Advance Microsoft\n Excel skills - V Lookup, Pivot, Macros, etc.Knowledge of cost\n estimating, tracking and control.Knowledge of\n business concepts and processes to include contracts, finance, and cash\n flow.Basic knowledge\n of Scheduling (CORA, Primavera preferred).Basic negotiation\n & conflict management skills.Proactive and\n resourceful self-starter, with ability to multi-task.Experience with\n multi-disciplined projects (engineering, software development,\n construction, and procurement).The ability to\n interpret relationships between cost, schedule and resource requirements\n and how they relate to stated business objectives.Experience in\n presenting project cost and/or schedule data to project team and upper\n management.Certification\n from PMI is a plus.Bi-lingual in\n Spanish / English is a must.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD259855Category: Business ManagementLocation: Av.
