Job Description

ICF is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior ICF professional staff, clients and partners, on complex projects in the water resources, transportation, energy, and planning and development sectors. Job duties will be primarily focused on budget, forecasting and financial contractual compliance for programs on the West Coast. The Program Control Analyst will provide internal budget and contracts management and an external client-facing supportive role to the Project Manager. Experience in data management, contracting, financial reporting, invoicing, and scheduling with strong organizational and communication skills is required. Position available in our West Coast locations including Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Irvine or San Diego with the option to work remote or hybrid.

Although the range below is wider to accommodate growth within the job, this position will have a starting pay range of $75,000 to $85,000 based on % match of qualifications/experience/responsibilities, location, and other. 

Key Responsibilities

Ensures accuracy and compliance in financial and invoicing activities.Coordinating with clients and subconsultants on contractual, budgeting, and invoicing requirements.Monitoring and tracking program budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications.Supporting colleagues and coordinating compliance across various internal departments within ICF.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, finance or related field.2+ years of related experience.

Strong MS Office Excel skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Be able to analyze the details but see the bigger picture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues, clients, and partners.Experience with forecasting and financial analysis.Self-motivated and excellent problem solver.Able to navigate complex challenges and seek out solutions.Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$73,403.00 - $124,784.00
