Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesO papel do Comprador do Programa é antecipar os requisitos específicos para novos programas, garantir que a estratégia do painel de commodities seja adequada para apoiar o programa e selecionar e testar fornecedores do painel de fornecedores acordado para atingir os objetivos do Programa. O Comprador do Programa faz parte da equipe principal do programa.
As principais atividades da função são:
Suportar Acquisition Buyer quando necessário na fase de concepção/ pré-requisição para aprovação de cotação (RFQA)Assegurar a seleção de fornecedores de acordo com a estratégia de painel definida pelo Commodity Buyer, aprovando novos fornecimentos de tais fornecedores através de sourcing comittee. Negociar, com o suporte do comprador de commodities, as melhores condições financeiras para atendimento dos targets dos Programas e de Compras Vida Série.Acompanhamento de desempenho durante a fase do programa: gerenciar fornecedores, comparar os custos com as metas, garantir a qualidade durante a fase do programa, respeitar aos prazos de entrega, e em particular, assegurar que as revisões de fase do programa, ou "gate reviews" sejam fechados no prazo originalmente previsto e de acordo com o estabelecido através do PMS.Assegurar a participação inicial dos compradores de commodity no Programa antes da fase de Vida Série. Envolver o ASQ e Comprador de T&E nas demandas do Programa.Gerenciar fornecedores específicos e mandatórios, quando solicitado e acordado com os clientes.
