**In this role, you will:**
+ Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
+ Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
+ Participate in low to moderately complexity initiatives within functional area
+ Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments and challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk-deliverables
+ Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
