Provide administrative support to the Youth Community Services team
Coordinate schedules, communicate with clients, and manage records
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain schedules, records, and reports
· Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns
· Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and external agencies
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
· Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Education and experience in the field of human services, office management, or related field preferred
Additional Qualifications:
· Strong skills working with Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Ability to effectively communicate with diverse workforce
· Highly detail-oriented and skilled in accuracy
· Ability to work with information in a confidential manner
Physical Requirements:
· ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
· Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
