Our Spiritual Care Services team provides comfort, connection, and meaning for patients, families, and staff. We are seeking a Program and Data Analyst who will combine expertise in data analysis with a deep understanding of spiritual care to strengthen and expand the impact of our programs.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze project outcomes, healthcare data, and industry trends to provide recommendations that support continuous improvement and future initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor progress and performance against project goals, proactively identifying and addressing issues or risks.
- Leverage data analysis to spot trends in patient volume, streamline operations, and align standard operating procedures.
- Drive data-informed performance metrics, resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities in alignment with institutional goals.
- Deliver real-time insights and strategic recommendations to leadership, enabling informed decision-making and program innovation.

Your work will ensure that spiritual care programs are sustainable, impactful, and responsive to the needs of our diverse community.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate-level theological degree from an institution accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and/or the Association for Theological Schools.
- 5 years of experience in program management, program research, data analysis and reporting, and/or program improvements.
- 3 years of experience in spiritual care within a healthcare setting.

The majority of work is administrative and analytical in nature with duties covering operational, policy and program research, analysis, reporting, and evaluation for the effective development and administration of programs or improvements to operational policies and procedures.

**Education Qualifications**
+ Sufficient education and/or experience to demonstrate possession of the competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) needed to effectively perform the assigned duties and responsibilities.
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ Knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and trends in a specialized field, an administrative or professional field such as procurement, financial analysis, process/performance improvement, human resources, etc
+ Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management.
+ Knowledge of and skill in the use of MS Office Suite software programs.
+ Skill in analyzing complex issues and situations, drawing logical conclusions, and proposing viable solutions and courses of action. Skill in time management and work prioritization.
+ Skill in developing effective work relationships with peers and professionals in other specializations.
+ Ability to understand SHC’s administrative environment and systems and the relationships between system capabilities and business practices.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $23.88 - $104.39 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
