Responsibilities Provides subject matter expertise, assistance and direction to the Director and directorate staff in the analysis and evaluation of services and policies to determine resources, operational effectiveness and issues related to assigned programs. Interprets and proposes policy changes and develops management tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of work operations. Participates in the development of reporting requirements for the preparation, collection, justification and submission of programming and financial data. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Experience, education and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate a mastery of and skill in applying fact finding and investigative techniques; comprehensive oral and analytical written communications; development of presentations and reports; strong organization skills; general knowledge of MWR programs and APF and NAF/UFM funding. Demonstrated ability in standard office software. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will be paid. Relocation incentive in the amount of $10,000 is authorized. In accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations, most individuals will be authorized movement of Household Goods, Temporary Storage, and Air, POV, or Rail Transportation to your new duty station. In addition, some individuals may also be authorized Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expenses (TQSE).
