Program Analyst - General Operations
Summary Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions is seeking a results-driven, high-performing professional with 2+ years’ experience applying progressively responsible and in-depth Administrative and Project Management principles, concepts, and practices. to serve as a Program Analyst – Coordination & Space Logistics for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Resource Directorate. This role will be based fully onsite at the clients Washington, DC location. Responsibilities • Develops and coordinates operations required by the Resource Directorate. • This position will focus on the execution of activities around logistics related to program activity on Security activities such as coordinating federal and contractual staff process on vetting. These activities require communication, planning, representation interface, tracking and knowledge of Security requirements and guidance for federal access. • Serve as a focal point for any operational program needs such as shipping and receiving important program related information. • Support the federal organizational lead on all organizational recognition programs and process such as annual Departmental and organizational ceremonies and process. • Manage the organizational service recognition process. • This position will have program responsibility on tracking systems and records management in support of the Management Program Officer. • Other duties as secondary point of contact on space coordination and logistics. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years’ experience applying progressively responsible and in-depth Administrative and Project Management principles, concepts, and practices. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite product Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of administrative process as it relates to Security vetting and protocols for both federal and contract staff. Knowledge of records management and tracking guidelines for federal agencies. Comprehensive knowledge of administrative process and steps to evaluate the effectiveness of programs to develop, evaluate and assist with recruitment issues. Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and diagnostic techniques sufficient to perform extensive projects and studies and identify, evaluate, and recommend appropriate courses of actions to resolve complex management problems and issues. Knowledge of and skill in identifying major issues, program goals and objectives, and principles of continuous improvement and reengineering and relationships with management programs.
