**Position Summary:**
Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Program Analyst in Washington, D.C. for the Amentum Program Management Office (PMO). This position will be responsible for providing travel, conference, and administrative support to the Amentum ICITAP/OPDAT programs, the PMO Operations team, and including the Regional Administrators and PMO management. The position will manage a small portfolio of task orders under the direction of the Lead Regional Administrator.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure all travel arrangements follow Federal Travel Regulations and DOJ/CRM Divisions travel policy.
+ Serves as a primary point of contact for the customer for a small portfolio of projects working closely with customers and the PMO on all actions related to task order execution.
+ Oversee operational support to include budget and schedule of projects.
+ Arrange hotel and lodging following government or contract requirements to include specifics associated with Technical Guidance Letters (TGLs).
+ Organize ground transportation (including luggage), rental vehicles, or car and driver services with subcontractors when necessary.
+ Enter purchase requisitions and work with subcontractors, when necessary, to provide Meals and Incidentals per diem to those on travel.
+ Enter purchase requisitions and arrange interpretation or translation services on an as needed basis, to include any necessary equipment (transmitters, receivers, headsets/microphones, booths.)
+ Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
+ Prepares and provides high-quality reports or updates to management and customers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
+ Acquire Travel Medical Insurance upon request for named individuals and ensure that all persons listed therein are covered by a plan that includes a zero-dollar deductible and covers no less than $500,000 in emergency medical expenses.
+ Obtain, submit, and review reimbursable documentation meeting Federal requirements, for billing, to include the monthly reconciliation of Travel and Purchasing credit cards.
+ Complete associated reports and trackers including travel budgets where necessary.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant year for year experience in lieu of education.
+ 0-2 years of progressive project coordination experience to include report preparation, data analysis, short, and long-term project execution.
+ Intermediate skill in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
+ Strong customer service skills are required to include the ability to work closely with and across a wide variety of PMO, functional staff, and government customers.
+ Ability to manage workloads effectively in an organized, meticulous, and analytical way and prioritize tasks. Also maintain consideration of safety and mission importance.
+ Ability to use travel approval systems like Concur and other travel logistics systems.
+ Occasional travel may be required to support conferences, etc.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Ability to understand task order funding and execution.
+ Experience with Costpoint ERP system or similar preferred but not required.
+ Understanding of Federal Travel Regulations.
+ Familiarity with Government contracts to include an understanding of FAR.
