What You Need To Know Pay Rate: 18.00 (Football Saturdays: 20.00) A cover letter and resume are strongly recommended Hours may increase depending on Special Events Qualifications Required Education: + High School or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Able to comprehend and follow instructions + Be friendly, courteous, and have strong people and verbal skills + Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others + Work cooperatively with others or on your own + Must be able to work all A&M home football games as well as 10 additional special events during the Fall semester and 15 additional special events during the Spring/Summer semester Preferred Qualifications: + Customer service experience + Experience in parking & traffic Responsibilities + Special Events-Provide parking information and campus directions to our customers. Maintaining a standing stationary position to assist authorized vehicles in parking efficiently. Perform traffic direction while working Parking Services Special Events. Public interaction while providing customer service and traffic direction and perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements and Factors: + Ability to work periodic rotating shifts. Required to work special events and other activities requiring long hours. May be required to work some nights, holidays and weekends.
