The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Junior Program Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Program Management Office (PMO) on the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES2) program in Doral, FL. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in program administration and gain valuable experience in a dynamic project environment. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES2).
Responsibilities:
Provide a spectrum of administrative support to the PMO team
Assist with developing trip reports and scheduling visits
Perform office management tasks to maintain an efficient work environment
Process CAC (Common Access Card) requests and assist with account setup
Support procurement activities and onboarding-related tasks
Consolidate weekly activity reports from various team members
Assist in the preparation of Monthly Status Reports (MSR) for government stakeholders
Support program meetings by taking notes and helping prepare Program Meeting Reports as directed
Apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
Qualifications:
Required:
US citizen with active Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field of study
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and grow in the role

The proposed salary range for this position is:
