ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Chair is responsible for the quality of educational, scientific, and clinical programs, as well as the overall leadership and management of this highly diverse and respected department. This oversight includes the appropriate and optimal use of human, financial, space and other resources to successfully manage the clinical, educational and research missions of the department.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate should be a graduate of an accredited medical school, have completed an ACGME approved residency training program in orthopedic surgery, be Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery and be eligible for a Texas Medical license without restrictions.SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
