Minimum requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Professional registration with ECSA (minimum 2 years post-registration) At least 5 years' experience in the construction industry Contract administration experience: JBCC 6.2 essential; NEC 3 & 4 exposure beneficial Strong project management and delegation skills Experience with financial administration in construction projects Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong formal writing and administration skills Ability to work under strict deadlines Advantageous: Experience in high-complexity or government health projects Beneficial: Experience with cash flow projections, PA duties, and handling Auditor General audits
