Professional Staff Nurse
Unit: Telemetry Unit
Status: Full Time (typically 36 hours/week)
Shift: Night shift: typically, 7p–7a (mix of 8 & 12 hr shifts)

Utilize the nursing process within a Relationship-Based Care model to create individualized, holistic care plans and daily goals in partnership with patients.
Demonstrate critical thinking to address clinical, psychological, social, safety, and spiritual needs throughout the episode of care.
Communicate clearly with the care team to ensure coordination, continuity, and quality of care. Maintain thorough, accurate documentation to support safe transitions and collaboration.
Actively engage in professional development and shared governance to advance clinical practice and improve the care environment.
Respond flexibly to changing priorities, serve as a full partner on the care team, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue opportunities for quality improvement. Participate in unit-specific initiatives and promote evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and experiences
