Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains positive, accountable relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Applies adult learning principles to teach patients, families, students, and new staff.
Provides thorough patient education, supports staff development, and fosters a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Uses the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care to develop holistic care plans in partnership with patients.
Demonstrates critical thinking, strong communication, and advocates for patient care improvements.
Ensures comprehensive patient documentation and collaborates to enhance care quality and safety.
Models compassionate, patient-centered care, creating healing relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Actively participates in professional development and shared governance to improve practice and care delivery.
