UPMC is hiring a flex full-time Professional Staff Nurse to join their South Hills Surgery Center in Bethel Park! The Professional Staff Nurse is responsible for supporting OR staff during surgery by maintaining sterile environment, patient safety and case progression. As the RN advances in circulating, they will be taught how to scrub cases for cross coverage in the department. Ample opportunity to climb the career ladder and have involvement in department quality and safety improvement.
Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 6:30am – 4pm with one day off each week. No evenings, weekends or holidays! Previous OR or Procedural nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the Nursing Career Ladder, based on their individual experience and education.
