Schedule: Full-Time | Days with Rotation (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every third weekend & approximately 3 holidays/year

About the Role
As a Professional Staff Nurse, you’ll be a vital part of our care delivery team, setting the standard for high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll manage patient care for a diverse group of individuals, working closely with physicians, families, and fellow healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and relationship-based care principles
Educate patients and families to support transitions in care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives
Serve as a mentor and role model for new staff and students
