UPMC Mercy is hiring a full-time Professional Staff Nurse to join its Resource Pool department and rotate through our Med/Surg units.
Resource Pool nurses receive a 10% differential in their hourly rate for floating and schedule flexibility. RNs will work rotating shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a. A minimum of one year of bedside experience or experience as a PCT within the Resource Pool is strongly preferred.

The Professional Staff Nurse provides highly competent patient care and treatment while demonstrating empathy and a passion for learning.
