Responsibilities:

Serve as a mentor or preceptor to students and new staff, fostering an environment of inquiry, feedback, and continuous learning.

Engage actively in shared governance, quality initiatives, and performance improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.

Use evidence-based practices to identify and implement opportunities for clinical improvement and innovation.
