Sign-On Bonus:

Up to $15,000 with a 2-year commitment for experienced Registered Nurses (1+ years of experience) Up to $10,000 for Graduate Nurses starting on or after 1/1/2024 with a 2-year commitment

About the Role:
The Professional Staff Nurse is a Registered Nurse and a key member of the care delivery team. This role involves setting the standards for the level and quality of care, managing patient care activities, and collaborating with team members to achieve the best patient outcomes. The Professional Staff Nurse embodies leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision, maintaining strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and their families.

Responsibilities:

Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning to improve practice and patient care quality. Shared Governance: Actively participate in unit-based governance and goal setting. Patient Care: Apply the nursing process within the Relationship-Based Care framework to create a healing environment.
