As a Professional Staff Nurse, you’ll play a critical role on the care delivery team, setting the standard for high-quality nursing care. You will be responsible for managing and providing care for a group of patients and their families through expert clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaboration with physicians and healthcare colleagues. In this role, you’ll help drive positive outcomes and build lasting relationships throughout the continuum of care. Responsibilities:

Participate in quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, sharing insights with colleagues, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
