Schedule: Day Shift with Rotation | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Rotating Weekends & Holidays

Graduate Nurses Welcome!
6+ months of RN experience preferred
Previous Operating Room experience preferred 
Final job title and salary will reflect your experience, education, and career ladder placement.
 
About the Role:
As a Professional Staff Nurse in the OR, you’ll be a vital member of our surgical team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to ensure the best outcomes for our patients — and you’ll grow as a leader in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care using the Relationship-Based Care model
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families throughout the surgical journey
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and shared governance
Perform scrub nurse duties (required for RNs hired after July 1, 2023)
Support and mentor new staff and students
