Role Overview
As a Professional Staff Nurse – OR, you’ll be a vital member of our surgical care team, responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You’ll collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to achieve the best outcomes across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities
Apply the nursing process using Relationship-Based Care
Set daily goals and develop holistic care plans
Communicate effectively with patients and the care team
Educate patients and families throughout their care journey
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Serve as a preceptor and mentor to new staff and students
Perform scrub role duties (required for RNs hired after July 1, 2023)
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
 
Additional Information
Final job title will be determined based on education, experience, and manager discretion
