This position is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays are required. Experience with Epic, triage, medications, wound care, and phlebotomy is preferred, but not required.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $6,000.

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in department-specific quality improvement efforts. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and share with colleagues and management. Take responsibility for enhancing patient satisfaction through quality care and service. Utilize research and evidence-based practice to improve clinical care. Establish and maintain positive, caring relationships with all healthcare team members and patients. Work effectively in a complex environment, managing multiple priorities and specialized equipment. Apply clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to patient care. Teach patients, families, students, and staff using adult learning principles. Formulate individualized care plans and collaborate with physicians for patient care coordination. Demonstrate accountability for professional development and contribute to improving the practice environment.
