About the Role:
The Professional Staff Nurse, BSN, Expert is a key member of our care delivery team. This role involves leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll be responsible for managing patient care, mentoring others, and driving improvements in clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a clinical leader and mentor to students, graduate nurses, and new hires
Apply the nursing process within a Relationship-Based Care framework
Collaborate with patients and families to develop personalized care plans
Demonstrate critical thinking and holistic care across physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Actively engage in shared governance and hospital-wide councils
Maintain a healthy work-life balance through prioritization and delegation
