***  You must have Project Management experience within the technology sector to be considered for this role.

***  This position can be Hybrid and based in Milton Keynes, or Remote within England and Wales.

What You'll Be Doing:

\n

In this role, you’ll have visibility of the entire customer journey, from concept through to fruition, and manage the full project lifecycle.  You’ll work within a supportive and collaborative team, that ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

\n

\n

Your key responsibilities will include:

\n

\n

 Project Management and Coordination

\n\nJuggle multiple exciting projects from pre-sales, trials, and implementation right through to handover, keeping everything on track and running smoothly.\nWork closely with awesome teams across sales, tech support, finance, and others to make sure every project is a success.\n\n

Customer Engagement and Support

\n\nGet to know our clients’ operational goals and success metrics, and strategically guide them on how our solutions can help deliver their success.\nDeliver engaging training and be the go-to person for support during implementation, keeping communication clear and friendly.\n\n

Data Analysis and Reporting

\n\nDive into data using tools like Excel and Power BI to uncover insights that help improve client operations.\nKeep an eye on key metrics and share reports that help clients hit their goals and celebrate wins.\n\n

Continuous Improvement

\n\nBe proactive in a culture that’s always learning and improving, especially as our business grows and evolves.\n\n

Travel and Flexibility

\n\nEnjoy occasional travel opportunities (approx. 15%) mainly around the UK and sometimes Europe.\nStay flexible and ready to support customers wherever they are, making a real impact on their success.\n

About You:

\n

You’ll have full rights to work in the UK without the requirement of sponsorship now or in the future.

\n

\n

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\n\nCustomer-facing technical support experience: At least 5 years working directly with customers in technical roles, ideally within IT, telecommunications, or technology industries.\nProject management experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience managing projects, with understanding of project management methodologies; a project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is an advantage but not essential.\nStrong communication and analytical skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities, plus proficiency with tools like Excel and Power BI to analyse data and support customer operations effectively.\nEducational background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, technology, or a related field.\nBusiness judgment: Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate good business sense.\nChange management experience: Skilled at sustaining high client support standards during periods of business growth and change.\nRelationship building: Able to work with diverse teams, challenge constructively, and build strong working relationships.\nTravel flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%, mainly within the UK and occasionally Europe.\nLanguage skills: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is an advantage but not essential.\n\n
