Here’s what we are looking for with this role: **Essential Requirements** + 8+ years of related experience or equivalent skill + Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital Information Technology, Security and Workforce + Background installing, customizing and integrating highly complex architecture and technologies + Experience with executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements + Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills with the ability to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners and vendors **Desirable Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree + Industry technical certifications **Compensation** Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
