**Job Summary**
NetApp offers an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the Global Services Solution Center (GSSC). In this role, you will enable the team to drive operational excellence initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational maturity and value creation. We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can exercise independent judgment and take appropriate actions.
As a Project Manager, you will define, plan, track, and manage strategic projects. You will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, workstream managers, and project managers to drive business operations initiatives and generate regular status reports.
This role requires an experienced Project Manager with strong data analysis skills and a passion for innovation. You will manage Business Operation reporting for associated workstreams, assess new initiatives, and drive opportunities to completion. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, as you will support a 24/7 customer coverage shift model to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
**Essential Functions**
+ Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, estimating, execution, and implementation
+ Be outcome-driven to identify, utilize, and manage key resources required to meet project objectives
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
+ Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish & English to ensure a clear understanding
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, resource metrics, and status updates
+ Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
+ Publish business operations reports and oversee regular updates/meetings with the leadership team
+ Visualize data in a business context for leadership
+ Open to work in 24/7 customer coverage in shifts model to enhance customer satisfaction
**Job Requirements**
+ **Certification:** Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification, along with applied skills desired
+ **Experience:** Proven working experience in project management, data analytics, and business operations
+ **Strategic Initiatives:** Expertise in working on strategic initiatives or t **r** ansformation projects is highly preferred
+ **Technical Skills:** Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira tools for project management and collaboration
+ **Data Analytics:** Experience with data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
+ **Automation:** Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization
+ **Language Skills:** Fluency in Spanish and English
+ **Business Intelligence:** Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
+ **Productivity Tools:** Familiarity with Copilot prompts to enhance productivity and efficiency
+ **Organizational Skills:** Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
**Education and Experience**
+ Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred, or commensurate experience
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $98,000 - $128,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
