Summary: The team is completely revenue-generated, requiring a highly experienced individual who can hit the ground running. This role involves no technical training, only onboarding to learn about the company and team. The ideal candidate is a -unicorn- with extensive MSP experience and deep expertise in specific areas. Half the team works on generalist tasks, but there is a need for specialists in Azure, Intune, and security. The Professional Services Engineer should be able to integrate smoothly into a remote work environment and contribute to maintaining team balance. This role is customer-facing, requiring excellent communication skills to understand and meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Azure migration projects, including tenant-to-tenant migrations * Manage Intune and Office 365 (O365) migrations * Work on various project-based tasks for enterprise clients * Provide expertise in networking, with a focus on Azure, Intune, and security * Handle customer-facing roles, understanding and scoping customer needs accurately * Integrate with the team within the first three months, shadowing internal and external calls to understand operations * Aim to take on a managerial role within 12 months
