About the Role:
A Business Operations Support lead, supporting virtual teams of Professional Services Project Managers and Engineers to deliver Reporting solutions that solve our internal reporting needs. In this role, you will work directly with PS Leadership planning and overseeing complex reporting of utilization project progress and revenue state, ensuring customer projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business reporting tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering Data gathered to support a revenue business.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool Administration: Manage and maintain PSA tools, ensuring they are configured correctly and operate efficiently. Perform regular updates and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Business Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
PowerBI Report Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, extract and prepare data from various sources, design and implement interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI, develop and maintain data models, ensure accuracy through testing and validation, publish and share reports with relevant stakeholders, and continuously improve the reports based on user feedback and changing business needs.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into PSA tools. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and resource utilization.
Professional Services Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting for Professional Services, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide support in using PSA tools effectively. Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
Project Management: Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Competencies & Attributes
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as Kimble or similar platforms. This includes managing, configuring, and optimizing these tools to ensure they are operating efficiently.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies in business processes and develop effective solutions. The ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights is crucial.
Project Management: Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, is essential.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This includes facilitating training sessions, providing ongoing support to users, and ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Desired Skills/Qualifications
