What you will be doing:
As a Professional Recruiter you will be part of a broader team responsible for all aspects of hiring within our organization. This role will lead full life-cycle recruitment efforts for both high volume and professional level positions focused on executing all aspects of the recruitment process including creating and executing sourcing strategies, interviewing and assessment of candidates and negotiating salary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations.
Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process.
Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management.
Continuously update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with all activities related to candidate dispositions, interview progress, and job offer details.
Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
Handle personally identifiable information (“PII”) that pertains to any individual (e.g. employees, job applicants, customers, etc.) in accordance with Asurion’s internal Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Standard, and public facing privacy policies.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
2 or more years’ experience in recruiting
Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting in a high volume or retail environment.
Ability to develop relationships and effectively influence with key stakeholders and candidates
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong communication skills.
Results driven with the proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Recruiting across multiple locations; experience with virtual hiring tools/technology
Prior experience working with WorkDay systems
