What the day will look like In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include: + Ownership of a nominated account list, involving engagement across all regions of the UK + Negotiating the best broking outcomes for your clients + Client presentations and visits alongside core client service teams + Understanding key insurers' points of view regarding their relationship with Aon, helping to exploit opportunities or address problems + Analysing insurance markets, tracking trends, coverage and legislation, briefing colleagues as appropriate. + Developing and building upon market relationships with Insurers + Improving the quality and efficiency of broking processes + Assisting Aon colleagues with new business opportunities How this opportunity is different This is a highly visible and varied role that sits within the Commercial Risks UK PI team which is part of Aon's wider UK Broking operations. The team serves our regional operations, covering both our Advisory /SME and Corporate segments – as such, the broking activity spans middle size UK companies up to major UK risks. The role will also include collaboration with our EMEA and GBC Financial Lines colleagues.
