Visit us at https://www.jnj.com/medtech to see how your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness. **The Opportunity** Working with the Surgery Team based in Sydney at Johnson & Johnson, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Professional Medical Education Manager to lead the development and delivery of professional medical education programs for external stakeholders (both clinical and non-clinical) to ensure a deep understanding of J&J products and the proper way of using them. **Responsibilities** + Identifying Professional Education opportunities and ensuring training offerings align with BU strategies aimed at improving efficiency and best practices + Creating, coordinating and actively managing numerous onsite clinical and medical training and education programs, and providing hands-on product demonstrations and training through group in-services and one-on-one training events + Working closely with marketing and sales personnel to coordinate dates, venues and locations of meetings, coordinating meeting logistics and meeting promotions with marketing services and other medical education personnel + Working extensively with medical champions and faculty to maximise effectiveness of medical training courses; ensuring tracking and reporting on status of several projects and confirming ongoing evaluations of programs + Participating and collaborating in off-site product development, and supports sales in the development of comprehensive sales training materials concerning the clinical use of new and existing products **About You** + Degree qualified with minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within medical devices + Deep understanding of the local medical device industry and understands the implications of reimbursement and funding policies on sales growth and procedure adoption + Strategic thinker with a background in developing and implementing professional medical education programs and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams autonomously + Capable of navigating uncertainty and complexity in the marketing landscape, problem solve with strong attention to detail + Proficient communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, along with strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills **Why Choose Us:** + Competitive remuneration package. + Continuous training and support. + Award-winning leadership development programs. + Inclusive, flexible, and accessible working arrangements. + Equal opportunity employer supporting diversity and inclusion. **Our Benefits:** + Up to 18 weeks of parental leave to support new parents. + 4 days of volunteer leave to give back to the community. + Option to purchase up to 2 weeks of additional annual leave for extra time off. + Enjoy a dedicated Wellbeing Day to prioritise self-care. + Global Wellness Reimbursement of $780 per year for healthy eating, exercise, or mindfulness activities. + Access to an Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support. + Enhanced leave provisions for compassionate (caregiver) leave, providing up to 30 days of additional support. + Life insurance coverage for added peace of mind.
