Manager of Professional Development
Location: Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a mid-size law firm in Boston, is seeking a Manager of Professional Development. This role will be responsible for managing the legal training curriculum, summer associate training, and continuing legal education programs, among other initiatives.

Some responsibilities include:

Partnering with firm leadership to assess learning needsIdentifying new material, providers, and programmingManaging the legal training content and summer associate training, including the development of curriculum and programming, leading planning sessions, and overseeing program logisticsMonitoring and implementing current trends and best practices in professional development

Qualifications:
