Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Provides treatment supervision for subordinate staff by reviewing their cases; providing assistance and guidance in the application of advanced therapeutic techniques. + The development of specialized intervention skills, and compliance with agency and professional standards. + Monitors subordinates’ work for completeness and accuracy and provides performance evaluations on all subordinates. + Provides individual, family and group therapy to clients with complex substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. + Provides consultation and case management services to select and difficult cases, developing resources and referring them to facilities to help meet client needs. + Carries a caseload of complex cases, utilizing advanced social work therapy techniques. + Plans, develops and implements specialized sub-programs to address specific populations and/or problem areas. + Provides crisis management for clients and their families in person or by phone in cases involving a multiplicity of complex treatment issues. Position-Specific Details: Appointment Type: Probational. Work Schedule: 9 hours per day Monday - Thursday, 4 hours on Friday.
