Professional Affairs Specialist - Fixed Term
**What You Will Do:** + Ensure bi weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events & Product Managers regarding HCP Faculty Management – working with marketing & events team + HCP Contract Process Management, ensuring contracts are stored efficiently and in line with GDPR regulations and laws, including MedTech Code + HCP Faculty Payment Process – Vendor creations, HRP submissions + HCP Faculty Travel Arrangements – Flights, accommodation arrangements together with events team, Cvent registrations + Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated as well as Support with continuous process and tools improvement reviews + Ensuring Divisional Needs Assessment is prepared, approved & followed + Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities + Support with KPI management for the manager **What You Need:** **Required:** + College equivalent qualifications + 1+ years of experience in events management and medical education + Proficiency in MS Office Applications + Proficiency in English **Preferred:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field + Relevant experience in med device/pharma industry Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
