Gainwell is seeking a talented and experienced network operator who will assist in the management, maintenance, and optimization of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with patching of a variety of infrastructure equipment such as Cisco switches and Windows servers.

Your role in our mission

Be part of a team supporting a variety of responsibilities relating to:

Maintain and implement network solution to ensure high availability and performance for 140 sites Plan and execute network maintenance, including firmware updates and security updates on Cisco and Windows infrastructure Collaborate with other internal infrastructure teams (Network/NOC/Intel) Create tickets in ServiceNow related to incidents and changes Assist in troubleshooting Qualys vulnerabilities related to Cisco and Windows systems

Knowledge/Skills Applied to Job Responsibilities:

Strong Cisco administration with experience in switching configurations and IOS upgrades Experience with Windows Servers (2019 ) and patching Knowledge and experience with SD-WAN networks Familiar with security vulnerability reports (Qualys) and identify solutions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. What we're looking for Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with 3 years of experience working in an enterprise network operations environment. 1 years documenting policies, procedures and systems architecture Experience working with network systems and networking principles and practices What you should expect in this role Bangalore location (working from office) 2 shift timings: 6.30 AM IST and 2.30 PM IST
