Requirements:

Necessary- Cash Advance/ banking/ Lending business understanding.Necessary- Knowledge of market base sizing and portfolio analytics.Data Analytics and univariate analytics using Excel, Python.A/b testing of prices & strategies, elasticity of demand.Good to have- understanding of marketing campaign framework and executions.Eagerness to learn new software (like Palantir, Snowflake)Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

Portfolio Monitoring & reporting.Analysis of total addressable market (TAM) and scope analysis.Enhancing business rule engine and optimization of credit risk pipeline.Ad hoc Campaign analysis and execution on need basis.Conduct A/B price testing.Maintain elaborate analysis and process documentation, update trackers.Work closely with business/product team understand their need and provide the solutions.Oversee technical pipeline upgrades by communicating requirements to DevOps team and validating outcomes.Publish weekly MIS for Stakeholders summarizing current status of capabilities.
