Job Description
Provide support to Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.Responsible for delivering market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives.Follow established contracts processes and provide data entry/management support via SCMP technology platform.Responsible for data integrity of contract database and other data management tools.Maintain, in a timely manner, contract and supplier files to ensure compliance with JLL and client requirements, administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents.Partner with operations team by providing management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in daily sourcing and supply chain related activities.Establish relationship with client's Legal and Risk Management teams to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management if applicable.Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.Responsible for implementation, coordination, and communication of regional and national programs.Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.Ensure compliance to JLL and client's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Research key suppliers, conduct Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request For Quotes (RFQ), analyze results and communicate recommendations with details and reasoning to client per Sourcing Policies.Evaluate, negotiate, create, and manage contracts for Goods and Services in a timely manner.Organization and Prioritization: Establish work priorities and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.Other duties as assignedEnglish Advanced Level is a mustLocation:
