This individual will play a pivotal role in the sales process by acting as the technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you’ll translate complex customer requirements into effective telematics solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Pay Range: $68,000.00 - $113,000.00 **Responsibilities** + Partner with the Sales team to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and design tailored telematics solutions. + Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and technical presentations to key stakeholders. + Translate technical features into business value for a wide range of customers, from SMBs to enterprise accounts. + Provide subject matter expertise on GPS tracking, IoT devices, data integrations, and fleet management platforms. + Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address custom integration needs, API solutions, and implementation plans. + Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses and pre-sales support. + Train customers and internal teams on new products, technical updates, and best practices. + Attend trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent the company and support business development efforts **Minimum Qualifications** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 2+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales role—ideally in the telematics, IoT, SaaS, or fleet technology space. + Strong understanding of telematics hardware, cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data visualization tools. + Familiarity with GPS, cellular connectivity, CAN bus data, sensors, and fleet management use cases. + Proven experience working with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). + Willingness to travel as needed (10–25%). **Preferred:** + Experience with API integrations, data analytics platforms, or custom dashboard solutions. + Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ELD compliance, FMCSA regulations, ISO standards). **What we offer** At Bridgestone, what really matters is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
