1. Lead and manage the data center operational technician team and oversee housekeeping operations.

2. Present reports:

   a. Weekly report to JLL management and DC Operations.

   b. Monthly report to JLL management and DC Operations.

   c. Quarterly Business Review (QBR) report to JLL.

3. Conduct performance evaluations for team members.

4. Preparing the annual training matrix to DC team members.

5. Ensure implementation of PPM 52 protocols.

6. Develop and maintain weekly work plans.

7. Disseminate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) information to relevant parties.

8. Participate in operational meetings and represent the data center team.

9. Review and approve:

   a. Completed in-house Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.

   b. Permit to Work (PTW) applications.

   c. Submissions for access cards, fingerprints, and badges.

10. Verify Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) created by shift leads or Assistant DC Leads.

11. Coordinate with:

    a. Vendors and MM 2100 Industrial Estate management regarding DC operations.

    b. Chief of Security and security team on data center building operations.

12. Serve as Emergency Controller within the Emergency Response Team (ERT) structure.

13. Escalate issues or incidents to DC Operations according to the established escalation matrix.

14. Compile and present data as requested by DC Operations.

15. Manage vendor relationships and contracts

16. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

17. Analyze and report on data center metrics and KPIs

18. Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

19. Coordinate with IT teams to support server and network deployments

20.Develop and enforce data center policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in data center operations management
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and best practices
Familiarity with industry standards ( ISO 27001, DCIM)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Relevant certifications ( CDCP) is preferred
