Your mission, roles and responsibilities Provide inputs in the Commodity Strategy process to Commodity Directors, Managers and Buyers regarding specificities of the her/his DivisionEnsure all program and series purchasing activities are compliant with commodity strategies defined for her/his divisionValidate and align commodity strategy with Division stakeholders (engineering, industrial...) Represent Division on BG Purchasing Committee Build Purchasing budget and Strategic Plan of the Division, with challenged inputs from Commodity, in line with budget divisions expectations and Group / BG guidance Ensure with GCDs1 reconciliation of Commodity purchasing performance with Division purchasing budgetAccountable for the global purchasing performance of the DivisionEnsure program deliverables according milestones, lead for all purchasing scope to meet program QCD and cash objectives. Contribute to Supplier Nomination CommitteesSystematize early supplier involvement with the integration of expert panel suppliers in the pre-Requisition for Quotation Approval (RFQA) phaseEnsure use of cost model tools at sourcing and ECR for program cost controlLead Division purchasing productivity team to drive improvement actions Ensure use of cost model tools in series, identify and close the GAP, provide inputs to commodity and costing teamAccountable for the execution of the appropriate risk mitigation planProvide inputs to the Commodity buyers on supplier risks managementLead Purchasing organization management: define the objectives of the purchasing team, follow-up and help the team to achieve them, ensure the active use of e-sourcing tools and guarantee the deployment of best practicesCombined decision between solid and dotted line reporting in people management (recruiting, objectives, year-end review, compensation)Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be :
