Overview Join PepsiCo as a Productivity Execution Lead! For this position, the candidate will be responsible for leading and driving global strategies for Application Rationalization and AMS Contract Cost Compression to meet productivity targets, partnering with various teams for cost optimization, and managing cloud migration strategies. It includes defining frameworks, aligning with procurement, and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and productivity. Responsibilities Define strategy and framework for Application Rationalization & AMS Cost Compression, scope, responsibilities and deliverables Partner with & gain alignment from Global Procurement, Vendor Management and Capability teams for AMS Cost Compression, New AMS Contract RFP Process for 287+ legacy applications and defining new Cross-Capability Team Operation Operating Model for Cost Optimization deliverables Lead AMS & Application Rationalization strategy & define & manage plan & timeline for DP&A Application priorities Lead Cloud Migration strategy for DP&A On-Premise application to migrate over to Cloud Lead Cross-S&O Data driver opportunity Identification for Operating Efficiencies and productivity harvesting Lead strategy development with process, approach and plan to meet yearly productivity targets through evaluation and optimizing all cost components and implement identified optimization levers for cost savings Lead initiatives to manage S&O orgs Productivity target to deliver on yearly cost optimization expectations Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of work experience, or 3-5 years of experience as a Strategy & Execution Lead, either in CPG industry or with a Top-Tier consulting firm The ideal candidate will be highly quantitative, have great judgment, able to connect dots across workstreams, and efficiently work cross-functionally across teams to ensure software is meeting customer/end-user expectations, thinking independently and using network of relationships to be faster, stronger & better The candidate will take a pragmatic approach in defining strategy & execution plan for Application Rationalization & AMS Contract Cost Compression Exceptional business relationship skills including the ability to partner and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
