In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assembly materials preparation Prepare the assembly materials including customer’s valves Pre-check the working drawings before start Masking & De masking for Actuator & LPU coating Masking the certain parts and areas that should not be coated on the actuator and LPU Remove the plate mounted for masking and clean these gears Actuator & LPU with valve assembly Understand and implement the assembly process. Assemble the actuator, control block and LPU Assemble the intermediate flange and adaptor with the valve Assemble the final actuator and Adjust it. Implement the operating test after assembly Inspection Carry out the inspection with customer Actuator Packing Assembled product is packaged according to the customer’s request.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Educational attainments equal to and higher than those of high graduate Prior experience in mechanical assembly, ideally in actuator or valve systems Basic knowledge to write documents and to use the computer Good communication skill with co-workers Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality Physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate equipment as required
