Production Workforce
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assemble actuator systems including Drive & Power Module, M18, and Handpump according to engineering drawings and standard operating procedures. Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform component picking, material preparation, and in-line troubleshooting when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report discrepancies or defects. Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement activities. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental protocols and practices.   Who You Are: A dependable and hands-on team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work. Detail-oriented and careful when following assembly instructions. Open to learning new skills and receiving feedback for improvement. Physically fit, resilient, and capable of handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.   For This Role, You Will Need: 1–2 years of relevant working experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions. Proficient in using hand tools, torque wrenches, and pneumatic equipment. Able to work both independently and in a team environment. Literate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written. Basic understanding of safety and quality compliance in a factory setting.   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience assembling actuator-related components such as handpumps or M18 units. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing principles. Prior experience in a multinational manufacturing environment. Exposure to working in a cleanroom or precision assembly environment.
